Brand Partners are delighted to share that we have been named a finalist in the Property Council of Australia’s National Retirement Living Awards 2024 for Marketing Excellence, for Sage by Moran’s “Incredible” campaign.
Inspired by Sage by Moran’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence, combined with the project positioning of “Incredible”, Brand Partners produced an artistically intriguing (yet powerful) series of integrated messages that motivated, reassured, and importantly, exuded confidence, to achieve and hold off-the-plan sales.
Recognising key local influences of Cronulla and drawing upon coastal and natural elements to emphasize the unique offering of Sage by Moran, not only was the campaign visually impactful, but it also far exceeded all expectations.
Retirement by Moran’s Managing Director, Sally Taylor said, “Hats off to Brand Partners for creating a unique, visionary marketing campaign that successfully conveyed to the market the key desirable features of retirement living in a manner that was highly effective and which produced extremely strong results.”
With over $36 million in sales achieved during the promotional period alone, these additional sales have enabled us to build an incredible community and strengthen connections amongst future neighbours through organised site visits, and dedicated depositor and prospect events.
The database of prospective residents has since doubled through the effectiveness of the campaign; and we are on track to reach our target of selling out well before Sage by Moran is completed. Moreover, it has built the reputation of Sage by Moran to be an incredible place to live.
