For those seeking a move out of the big city, The Elms Retirement Estate is truly – in every sense – a lifestyle without equal. Situated in a premier residential areaat the southern entrance to Kilmore township, it is positioned in the geographic heart of Victoria, and is aneasy 50 minute drive from Melbourne’s CBD.

Our role

Following a change in ownership, our role was to develop and implement a marketing strategy –including: develop positioning; all creative design – including new brand identity, sales collateral/brochures, website, signage, and more; establish and manage marketing budgets; develop and implement promotional plan, including events; direct marketing; advertising; digital; PR; signage; liaison with sales team and more.

Results

With a reinvigorated brand identity, fresh marketing and sales approach and renewed construction, results at the ‘new’ Elms have been overwhelmingly successful, with 34 sales of both ‘new stage’ and ‘re-sale’ units in the past 18 months. A significant improvement in the quality of database leads has also been one of the major outcomes of the refreshed marketing strategy, positively impacting conversion rates.
