A manufactured home estate of 226 homes with a Community Centre offering a bar, gym, theatre, BBQ area. Residents buy the homes and enter into a lifetime licence to occupy the land on which they sit, paying a monthly site fee.
Our role
Brand Partners has been engaged to create all the marketing for this estate – developing the logo and brand identity, signage, sales office, budgets, website, promotional activity planning and more. We work closely with the executive, sales and project teams to achieve sales results and reporting.
Implement a range of integrated marketing activities including signage, advertising, online and digital, events, PR, direct marketing, networking and more.
